Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR operations expert throughout the full employee lifecycle
- Manage onboarding processes including offer letters, background checks, and data entry
- Handle offboarding and related paperwork compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries on pay, attendance, and policies
- Support projects such as seasonal hiring, compensation reviews, and system integrations
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership including policy updates and personnel file maintenance
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, and Recruiting teams on HR-related tasks
Education
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
