Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute key operational processes including inventory accuracy and labor scheduling
- Support sell-through by ensuring inventory counts and efficient product receiving
- Partner with General Manager on budgeting, reporting, and business performance metrics
- Lead and coach the operations team fostering accountability and development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-ready store environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet organizational inventory and sales KPIs
- Implement the General/Store Manager’s vision for store operations and team effectiveness
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
