We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in planning, organizing, and executing events that represent the Chats Cloud Cover brand and mission. You will work closely with internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure the success of each event, from conception through completion.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute corporate and promotional events (on-site and off-site)
Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, catering, and staffing
Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports
Ensure all branding and messaging align with company standards
Manage registration processes and guest communications
Monitor event performance and provide recommendations for improvements
Resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during events
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event planning software
Availability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
