Responsibilities
- Source and onboard social media influencers and content creators into BRUNT’s Influencer Program.
- Monitor and engage with social media DMs daily.
- Represent the brand at events, interacting with influencers, customers, and partners.
- Serve as primary escalation contact for influencers and manage escalations to management.
- Support planning and execution of BRUNT events including scheduling, travel, and run of show.
- Attend up to 20 company-sponsored events annually, including weekend travel.
- Assist with weekly Thursday BRUNT events handling customer service, event setup, and inventory.
- Develop user-generated content through outreach, product seeding, and messaging support.
- Contribute content for social media and paid advertising, including on-camera presence.
- Capture photo and video content at events for social media use.
- Track and report on program metrics and post-event analytics.
- Maintain documentation for event planning and post-event reporting.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory.
