Responsibilities
- Lead and coach people managers and field resources within the TMT vertical.
- Develop and execute scalable strategies for customer acquisition, implementation, adoption, and expansion.
- Drive key performance metrics including GRR retention, qualified leads contribution, and NNACV expansion.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecasts and inspect forecast quality.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships at SVP and above levels.
- Implement business excellence programs to ensure customer success and risk mitigation.
- Manage a team to enable customers’ self-sufficiency with the Anaplan platform.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree focused on business, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, technology or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
