Anaplan is a global leader in scenario planning and analysis platforms, serving top Fortune 50 companies. They seek an experienced AVP of Customer Success to lead GTM teams, drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion strategies in the TMT vertical within the AMER region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach people managers and field resources within the TMT vertical.
  • Develop and execute scalable strategies for customer acquisition, implementation, adoption, and expansion.
  • Drive key performance metrics including GRR retention, qualified leads contribution, and NNACV expansion.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecasts and inspect forecast quality.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships at SVP and above levels.
  • Implement business excellence programs to ensure customer success and risk mitigation.
  • Manage a team to enable customers’ self-sufficiency with the Anaplan platform.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree focused on business, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, technology or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
