Enterprise Account Executive, DOD/IC

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation focused on building safe, trustworthy, and steerable AI systems. They seek a Federal DOD/IC Account Executive to drive AI adoption within defense and intelligence community agencies, leveraging deep domain expertise and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and revenue growth within DOD/IC agencies, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to deployment.
  • Navigate DOD/IC procurement requirements including DFAR, ITAR/EAR, security clearances, and agency-specific protocols.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key DOD/IC decision-makers, serving as a trusted AI advisor.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with mission and modernization objectives.
  • Coordinate with cleared cloud providers and system integrators for integration and deployment.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to tailor offerings.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks specific to DOD/IC procurement and security.
  • Lead growth of DOD/IC presence while maintaining hands-on sales engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coordinated delivery and proper security documentation.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
