HR & Office Administrator

Antora Energy is a US-based company innovating in thermal battery technology to support clean, affordable industrial power. They seek an HR & Office Administrator to manage daily office tasks, HR support, shipments, and site logistics while partnering with global HR and onsite teams. This temporary onsite role in Big Stone City focuses on operational excellence and team collaboration within a high-growth environment.

Skills

  • Experience with HR operations including onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
  • Strong organizational and logistical management skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HR events.
  • Manage office supplies, janitorial services, vendor relations, and facility organization.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory tracking, and purchase orders.
  • Plan and host site visits for candidates, VIPs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with remote HR teams on systems updates, DEI initiatives, and best practices.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • HR certification preferred but not required.
