Here’s what to expect as a Manager, Agency with Choice:
Ensure the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of all Division services meet stated objectives, while maintaining compliance with all regulations and agency policies.
Provide programmatic direction, guidance, and support to staff and Managing Employers to ensure Division operations run smoothly; meet regularly with staff to ensure effective communication of task assignments, training, and policy implementation.
Oversee incident management, including Point Person responsibilities and Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) functions; monitor, report, and resolve incidents in accordance with all applicable procedures.
Attract, select, and develop talent in partnership with HR; ensure new hires complete orientation and that staff receive annual training and development plans.
Implement participant-focused initiatives and apply leadership strategies that enhance the participant experience and support a Servant Leader culture.
Review and verify service documentation, monitor service utilization and authorizations, and ensure timely communication regarding participant services and satisfaction.
Support intake referrals and onboarding, ensuring clear communication and coordination with Managing Employers and Support Service Professionals.
Monitor budgets and process financial transactions with appropriate approvals in compliance with agency policies.
Minimum requirements as a Manager, Agency with Choice:
Preferred, but not required:
Experience working in a large organizational or office environment
Understanding of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400)
Additional education in Human Development, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is a plus
