Worldwide Service Supply Demand Product Planner, AppleCare
Description
We make sound planning decisions and support those decisions with analysis and insights backed up with data. As a team, we complete root cause analyses and develop mitigation plans for any unexpected demand changes. You work with cross-functional team members in Engineering, Procurement, Channels, Readiness, Capacity Planning, and Supply Planning to execute the most efficient supply chain solutions for AppleCare. You will play a leadership role in the standardization of deliverables; ensuring adherence to commitments.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree and 5 years in a service, manufacturing, logistics operation or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in forecasting or planning Adept at merging data from a variety of sources to generate conclusions through analysis Expertise in creating reports and analytics dashboards in Tableau Good programming skills in SQL and Python or R Experience with database technologies like Teradata, Oracle and MySQL
Preferred Qualifications
MS/MBA in Supply Chain or Operations is a plus
