Responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel advising commercial and medical affairs on product launches, pricing, reimbursement, patient programs, and healthcare engagements.
- Develop in-depth understanding of business, disease states, market dynamics, and competitors to align legal support.
- Review promotional and medical materials for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Support contracting activities with commercial and medical teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on interactions with healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with at least one state bar.
- Eligible or registered with the State Bar of California.
