Responsibilities
- Analyze laws and regulations affecting public finance transactions.
- Draft and review documents related to public finance deals.
- Negotiate transactions with clients and other parties.
- Advise underwriting and credit teams on legal matters.
- Manage legal lifecycle of transactions from bids to closings.
- Handle post-closing issues, including consents and waivers.
Education
- J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Membership in good standing of the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in.
