Responsibilities
- Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure timely review of files within 24 hours of receipt.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance procedures.
- Monitor and implement changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements.
- Attend required trainings including TDHCA and HCCP within the first two years.
- Participate in tax credit reviews conducted by outside entities.
- Travel approximately 50% annually for property visits, training, and conferences.
Education
- HCCP certification preferred or willing to obtain within two years.
- Knowledge or experience with HUD programs is a plus.
