The role will be responsible for Data and Documentation input into Operating System SAP, and adjacent SAP systems of record. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, adjacent business functions, and process experts to ensure technology driven master data quality.  SAP technology Master Data includes materials, components, documents, product structuring, technology communication tools and, processing/storge of Confidential Documents. 

Essential Functions:

• Create, edit, and maintain Materials & Datasheets in SAP
• SAP technology master data quality input and processing
• Collaborate well in a team setting across functions
• Process engineering changes for data accuracy and completeness
• Input and communication tools use for processing SAP master data changes
• SAP part structuring.
• Operating System Master and Change data inputs
• Confidential document, forms and workflow processing
• Material creation and substance compliance processing

Fuel your passion

• To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional SAP experience with this as your primary responsibility. (Exp includes: planning, buying, CCR, repairing, daily logistics (Navigation of SAP Operating System)
• Demonstrated strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office) with emphasis on Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills  
• Demonstrated ability in process improvements including working with cross functional teams.  
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Good analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Teams, Excel, Power Automate skills

Desired Characteristics

• 2 years or more higher education
• General knowledge of bill of material structure, engineering principles, concepts, theories and practices
• Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI certification or Citizens Developer
• Knowledge of material creation process, engineering change process  
• SAP Certification
• Certified Auditor
• Six Sigma Certified, Problem Solving Efficiency, or equivalent
