HR Associate (Temporary)
What We’re Looking For
This position supports the day-to-day functions of the HR Service Center. The Human Resources Associate is responsible for providing support in the areas of Human Resources including benefits, hiring, Oracle cloud HCM, and related areas. Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations. This is a temporary assignment.
This role will work with the HR Service Center to ensure employees are supported regarding HR related issues.
A High School diploma and one year of experience is required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
- Support assigned HR specialty and transitions as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Communicate accurate information concerning HR services through inbound calls and electronically submitted communications
- Provide support to analyze and resolve HR related requests for information
- Perform audits and updates of personnel records for compliance with Baylor University policy
- Ensure that updated information is available to provide accurate and timely responses to clients
- Stay abreast of HR and campus changes that will impact HR clients
- Partner with HR department to facilitate processes Maintain confidentiality of pertinent information
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
