- Lead CX transformation initiatives including journey mapping and feedback integration.
- Provide training, tools, and guidance to embed CX practices throughout the organization.
- Report CX insights to leadership to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple complex projects ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
- Facilitate change management to gain stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
