Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the assigned Detroit market including recruitment, business development, and event execution.
- Lead and develop team leads and representatives ensuring proper staffing and fulfillment of contract obligations.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff to meet market demands.
- Maintain frequent communication with managing director regarding contract fulfillment and team performance.
- Lead weekly recaps, training plans, and participate in meetings to optimize team effectiveness.
- Handle client communication and service during in-market events.
- Manage market schedules, communications, payroll, and inventory of promotional materials.
- Drive business development by establishing new bar partnerships and exploring event opportunities.
- Travel as needed for support, training, or business development.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
