Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a fully remote, experienced Software Design Engineer to be a part of a team that is focused on building cutting-edge AI infrastructure for Copilot Studio. mission is to accelerate the AI development lifecycle through streamlined CI/CD pipelines and transparent benchmarking for GPT models, open-source models, and in-house models.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• AI infrastructure and quality monitoring
• AB testing, shadow testing, and evaluation
• 24/7 monitoring and stability
• Backend-focused engineering
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of backend development skills 
• Proficiency in Azure and Azure DevOps 
• Strong C# experience 
• Python experience is a plus
• 1 year of experience with AI infrastructure (is a plus)
• Strong coding and system design capabilities

• Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

• A competitive pay range of $104,000 -$114,000 (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
• 8 paid holidays + 1 personal floating holiday
