Responsibilities
- Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes ensuring deadlines are met
- Oversee consolidation activities including chart of accounts changes, reporting hierarchies, and intercompany eliminations
- Prepare and review consolidation journal entries and foreign currency translation adjustments
- Analyze and validate foreign currency impacts on financial results
- Serve as key liaison for consolidation issues across global finance teams
- Analyze and reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain the consolidation system (NetSuite Multi-Book) ensuring data integrity
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules for audits
- Assist month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and management reporting
- Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors
- Provide guidance to accounting staff on consolidation matters
- Participate in cross-functional projects and drive process improvements through automation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
