Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead annual audit processes coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, cost accounting, and month-end close.
- Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reconciliations.
- Analyze manufacturing variances and prepare management reports.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within accounting workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to deploy ERP enhancements and AI-driven solutions.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team while managing departmental KPIs.
- Communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
- CPA, CFA, or advanced degree (MBA, MS Accounting) preferred.
