Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Source and engage passive technical candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment data and analyze insights to optimize hiring strategies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
