Skills
- Expertise in system architecture and design for cloud solutions including APIs and DevOps
- Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Typescript, Node.js, Java, .NET, Visualforce
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and build complex technical solutions across Box platform and customer environments
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners while driving Box product adoption
- Collaborate with sales and field teams to understand customer needs and maximize opportunities
- Develop project scope, statements of work, technical specs, and business requirements
- Lead pre-sales technical scoping and deliver repeatable solutions as industry playbooks
- Respond to in-depth technical questions and facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders
- Forecast capacity and support revenue target attainment alongside Solutions Consultants
Education
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
