- Strong analytical skills and consulting experience.
- Value selling and executive stakeholder management with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Business Software/SaaS applications, AI tools, RPA, BI tools, and familiarity with Python and SQL.
- Deep process and industry expertise in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare.
- Project management and business domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, or strategic transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Discover and translate customer priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and business cases.
- Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects; communicate value and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
- Facilitate business value workshops, identify process improvement opportunities and initiate enterprise-wide changes.
- Present results and realized business value to senior management.
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including adoption, expansion, and renewal of Celonis platform usage.
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a core business transformation tool.
- Provide product feedback to enhance the Celonis platform based on customer use cases.
Education
- Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology, Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or similar fields.
