Head of Practice, Paid Social

Brainlabs is a high-performance media agency dedicated to building the world's biggest independent media agency through data-driven teams and innovative technology. They are seeking a Head of Practice for Paid Social to lead and grow their Paid Social team across major platforms with a focus on strategy, technology adoption, and team development.

Skills

  • 8+ years experience in Paid Social including execution and performance ownership
  • Commercial acumen managing profitable teams
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills including QBRs and strategy discussions
  • Track record of hiring and promotion within social teams
  • Knowledge of creative and testing methodologies on social platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and engaging
  • Passion for training and career development

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability and growth of the Paid Social practice through strategy and leadership
  • Serve as senior escalation point for social client issues working with Client Success teams
  • Own staffing and hiring of Paid Social talent
  • Roll out best practices across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X.com, Reddit, and other platforms
  • Lead career development, retention, and engagement of the Paid Social team
  • Develop and deliver training and build knowledge certifications within the practice
