Managing Director, Paid Search

Brainlabs is a high-performance media agency focused on delivering profitable media impact through data and technology-driven teams. We seek a Managing Director, Paid Search, to lead the expansion and profitability of our Paid Search practice in the US.

Skills

  • 10+ years Paid Search experience with leadership roles
  • Proven ability to manage profitable business units and P&L
  • Strong presentation, pitching, and selling skills managing $1M+ client relationships
  • Experienced public speaker and confident communicator
  • Track record as a problem solver and dynamic team leader

Responsibilities

  • Manage P&L and grow revenue across the North American Paid Search practice
  • Establish Brainlabs as a Paid Search thought leader through events, partnerships, and marketing
  • Lead and support the Paid Search Head of Practice and build market teams
  • Collaborate to develop industry-leading, AI-first Paid Search GTM and strategy
  • Drive new business pitches and maximize existing client revenue opportunities
