Correspondence Analyst

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Correspondence Analyst to join our team. The Correspondence Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and responding to written correspondence inquiries from providers, ensuring accurate and timely resolution in alignment with established policies and procedures. This role plays a critical part in supporting provider satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze provider correspondence inquiries to determine appropriate action or resolution.
• Draft accurate and professional written responses in accordance with policy guidelines.
• Ensure correspondence turnaround times (TATs) are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and business units including:
  • EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
  • Claims
  • Provider Enrollment
  • Provider Relations
  • Third Party Liability
  • Provider Healthcare Portal Support
• Document all actions and communications accurately within the system of record.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or leadership as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to team goals.
   

Requirements

•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience working with Medicaid programs
• Familiarity with Medicaid claims processing or provider services
• Prior experience in a healthcare or payer environment
