Customer Experience Specialist

TurboTenant is a fast-growing prop-tech company simplifying rental property management through an elegant software platform. They seek a Customer Experience Specialist to provide empathetic, proactive support to landlords and renters, owning the customer journey and enhancing user satisfaction.

Skills

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS, prop-tech, or retail sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively across systems and communications.
  • Fast and accurate typing suited for real-time chat and ticket handling.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office; bonus for Intercom, Zendesk, AirCall, Stripe.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and initiative in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships and provide top-tier support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Educate landlords to drive adoption of TurboTenant solutions aligning with their goals.
  • Anticipate and resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and proactive thinking.
  • Adapt to fast-paced changes while maintaining a positive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Participate in feedback loops to improve support processes and user engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Sales teams sharing insights.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by identifying content gaps and authoring helpful articles.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues confidently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly in the brand’s authentic tone and uphold data security standards.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education in customer service or related fields preferred.
