- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams
- Communicate progress and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Track key account metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sustainable growth
Education
- Relevant technical or cybersecurity education preferred
