Where and how you can work
Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations. You have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
Leading enablement for SMB and Mid-Market Sales teams, aligning programs with business goals and GTM priorities.
Partnering with Sales Leaders, Ops, PMM, and others to design and deliver impactful, measurable programs.
Owning and scaling segment-specific onboarding and ongoing skill development.
Driving adoption of new sales plays, processes, and tools—e.g., territory planning, account strategies, pipeline workflows.
Defining success metrics, evaluate impact, and iterate based on performance and feedback.
Leveraging tools like Canva, Gong, Salesforce, Guru, and WorkRamp to deliver seamless enablement experiences.
Maintaining a centralized enablement hub with content, playbooks, and training paths tailored to segment needs.
You're probably a match if
You have experience in sales enablement, sales, or program management - ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment with a track record of success.
You’re a skilled facilitator and communicator who can lead engaging sessions with confidence - whether in-person or virtually.
You have experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
You’re familiar with enablement tools and platforms like Gong, Salesforce, Guru, WorkRamp, Salesloft, etc.
About the team
The GTM Enablement team is a strategic partner to Canva’s global GTM organization, focused on empowering our Sales and Success teams to deliver impact at scale. We partner closely with Ops, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to build high-impact, repeatable programs that enable reps to excel - from onboarding to ongoing skill development. This role will sit within the Enablement team and focus specifically on supporting our SMB and Mid-Market Sales segments.
