Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the clinical account consultant team focusing on clinical operations and program management across PBA market segments.
- Partner with account management to provide superior client and member service and meet service deliverables.
- Manage escalated clinical client and member issues impacting multiple clients.
- Serve as liaison between clinical teams and internal departments to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate on client customizations and execution of clinical solutions aligned with market needs.
- Analyze pharmacy and healthcare trends to inform clinical strategy and company positioning.
- Lead, coach, and support the clinical account team in demonstrating Capital Rx’s clinical value proposition.
- Support sales initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, and prospect presentations.
- Develop scalable processes for clinical trend analysis and management strategies.
- Provide mentoring, feedback, and growth development for team members.
Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
- Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license(s).
