We are looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Partner to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The TA Partner is responsible for proactively executing the full life cycle recruiting efforts for Princess Cruises corporate positions, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. They will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving talent acquisition efforts across the company. They will be a talent advisor who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the company. They will build relationships with their Hiring Managers and formulate a recruiting strategy to attract, recruit and close top candidates.
