The Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to support our 529 college savings plans. In this role, you’ll work directly with account owners—providing guidance, answering questions, and helping families invest in their future education needs.
You’ll serve as the frontline voice of our organization, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for current and prospective plan participants. If you're a strong communicator, a problem solver, and enjoy making a difference through service, we’d love to meet you.
This role is in-person based in our Jacksonville, FL office. Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
