- Experience managing large-scale production services using elastic cloud services and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based FedRAMP-compliant applications and platforms.
- Manage application incident escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and meet service level objectives.
- Develop software to improve service availability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with platform and application teams to improve platform resiliency based on incident learnings.
- Document knowledge and implement SRE best practices across teams.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
