Responsibilities
- Proactively source and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for Behavior Technicians and Supervising Clinicians.
- Engage candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience from application through offer.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and explain job and company details.
- Utilize social media, networking, and internal referrals to identify top talent.
- Maintain and track data in the Applicant Tracking System and improve recruiting metrics.
- Train internal team members on lead identification and leverage multiple sourcing methods.
- Promote Centria's employer brand through various channels.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
