Responsibilities
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals including nurses and aides
- Communicate regularly with clients and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and client care needs
- Source, interview, and onboard new staff members
- Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with operations, referral sources, and internal departments
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and company policies
- Participate in on-call rotation approximately once every 2 months
- Support business growth, process improvements, and client referral satisfaction
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
