Contentful is expanding its Enterprise Account Executive team in North America to drive growth by managing end-to-end sales cycles across large enterprise accounts, focusing on Martech, DXP, and content personalization solutions. The role requires expertise in enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales, consultative selling, and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver value-driven digital transformation for clients.

Skills

  • Enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales expertise in Martech, CMS, or digital experience technologies.
  • Proficiency in MEDPICC or equivalent enterprise sales qualification frameworks.
  • Value-based selling and consultative sales skills with proven quota achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of headless CMS, content personalization, and customer data integration.
  • Experience leveraging partner ecosystems for customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, proposal development, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders including VP and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new logo and expansion business in enterprise accounts.
  • Develop account strategies and pipeline with deep knowledge of Martech, DXP, CMS, and personalization technologies.
  • Execute and document MEDPICC sales methodology ensuring deal qualification and forecast accuracy.
  • Engage C-Level executives with value-based consultative sales and articulate customer ROI.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, business cases, and manage complex multi-stakeholder deal processes.
  • Manage RFI/RFQ processes and align solutions with client needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximize customer value realization.
  • Drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell through partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and customer personalization challenges.
