Regional VP, Enterprise Sales

We are seeking a strategic Regional VP, Enterprise Sales to lead and grow our North America sales team, driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue while partnering cross-functionally to deliver sustained growth.

Skills

  • Enterprise sales leadership experience in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Analytical skills for managing forecasts and market data interpretation.
  • Ability to design and implement effective sales programs and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo and expansion revenue growth in the North America region.
  • Lead and manage Sales Directors overseeing hybrid Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Engage directly in frontline deals, coaching, and sales strategy development.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Advise the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Team on regional market strategy and growth plans.
  • Evaluate and improve sales methodologies, team structure, and incentives to maximize performance.
  • Recruit, inspire, mentor, and lead the sales organization to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Leverage customer relationships to provide market feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
