Enterprise Channel Manager

DoiT is a global cloud technology company that partners with organizations to optimize cloud performance and drive innovation. They seek an experienced Enterprise Channel Manager to develop and grow their channel partner ecosystem, focusing on strategic partner relationships for their cloud intelligence and Kubernetes optimization solutions.

Skills

  • Expertise in channel sales, alliances, or partner management.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and FinOps.
  • Proven ability to recruit and manage channel partners.
  • Strong knowledge of North American tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with partner portals, PRM, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute channel strategy for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and PerfectScale.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligning with business growth goals.
  • Build strong relationships with partner sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Deliver enablement programs to help partners effectively sell and support DoiT solutions.
  • Collaborate internally to develop joint go-to-market campaigns and sales tools.
  • Manage partner KPIs including revenue targets and certification progress.
  • Serve as primary escalation point resolving partner operational issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends and influence product and channel strategy.
  • Represent DoiT at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
