Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams including customer experience, product, engineering, analytics, and tools to improve credits and refunds policies and strategies.
- Independently analyze data to identify opportunities for optimizing credits and refunds experiences.
- Execute recommendations from data analysis through budgeting, planning, policy changes, testing, and measuring outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning for credits and refunds experiences that align with customer satisfaction goals.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
