Job Summary:   We are looking for experienced Dynatrace Architects and Technical Leads to drive enterprise-wide observability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Dynatrace, deep expertise in automation using Monaco, Python, and JSON templates, and a comprehensive understanding of Dynatrace extensions. This role demands strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for mentoring others.

Remote (Hybrid if within proximity): While this is a remote role, if you reside within 25 miles of a DXC local office, you will be required to work onsite at least 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynatrace in complex enterprise environments.
• Drive automation initiatives using Monaco, Python scripting, and JSON templates to streamline configuration and monitoring setup.
• Design, build, and optimize Dynatrace standard and custom extensions to support varied observability requirements.
• Serve as a technical expert and advisor on Dynatrace architecture, performance monitoring strategy, and best practices.
• Work closely with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring across various OS platforms and databases.
• Lead the development and integration of deployment automation using modern CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and implementation teams, fostering technical growth and standardization.
• Clearly communicate architectural decisions, project risks, and roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of direct Dynatrace implementation experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise with Dynatrace automation using Monaco, Python, and JSON templates.
• Deep understanding of Dynatrace standard and custom extension development.
• Proficient in scripting and programming with Python.
• Hands-on experience with multiple operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows) and database platforms.
• Experience working with deployment tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dynatrace certification(s) or training.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
