Associate Client Success Manager

EnergyHub empowers utilities and customers to create a clean energy future by managing smart devices as virtual power plants. The Associate Client Success Manager will support client programs in the Northeast region, driving operational excellence and helping clients achieve strategic energy goals.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to explain complex topics
  • Experience working directly with clients, preferably 2+ years
  • Strong project management with multitasking and deadline management skills
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with numbers and spreadsheet analysis
  • Relationship building and trust development skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively follow up on tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage program launches and coordinate activities with device partners, clients and internal teams
  • Support day-to-day client success tasks and assist team members with onboarding and client communications
  • Act as a trusted advisor by balancing client goals and internal objectives, resolving operational challenges
  • Prepare client reports, present data-driven insights, and maintain frequent communication with stakeholders
  • Develop expertise in demand management, distributed energy resources, and EnergyHub’s products and services

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
