Responsibilities
- Manage program launches and coordinate activities with device partners, clients and internal teams
- Support day-to-day client success tasks and assist team members with onboarding and client communications
- Act as a trusted advisor by balancing client goals and internal objectives, resolving operational challenges
- Prepare client reports, present data-driven insights, and maintain frequent communication with stakeholders
- Develop expertise in demand management, distributed energy resources, and EnergyHub’s products and services
Education
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
