Customer Success Manager I

Everlaw seeks a Customer Success Manager to build collaborative client relationships, drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and support growth and renewals. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, customer success, and supporting law firms with innovative ediscovery solutions.

Skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer success or account relationship management.
  • Experience in ediscovery or legal technology industry preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with enthusiasm and empathy.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic, analytical, and process-driven approach.
  • Passion for technology and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert and provide coaching and training to improve user adoption.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and support product adoption and relationship growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and close renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor account health to identify growth opportunities and churn risks.
  • Provide customer feedback and synthesis to the Product team.
  • Manage and resolve escalations with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement industry-leading customer success processes and best practices.
  • Manage the full post-sales customer lifecycle including onboarding, training, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Increase retention and revenue growth through regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Contribute to scaling the Success team via service evolution, documentation, and process improvements.

Education

  • Relevant post-secondary education preferred but not explicitly required.
