Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies for men’s apparel collections.
- Create and maintain seasonal line plans, product assortments, and collection overviews.
- Participate in selection of styles, colorways, and fabrications.
- Collaborate with design, production, sales teams, and vendors for product launches and seasonal transitions.
- Manage timelines, negotiate costs, and track samples and finished goods delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory and replenishment strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Input and maintain product information in internal systems and PLM software.
- Monitor men’s product line performance and recommend sales optimization strategies.
- Prepare presentations and reports for line reviews and strategy meetings.
- Communicate updates and deliverables to cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
