Develop and grow a client base by networking, prospecting, and community involvement
Educate clients on insurance options including auto, home, life, business, and specialty products
Assess customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Maintain client relationships through regular contact and policy reviews
Meet and exceed sales goals with a focus on long-term client satisfaction
Stay current on industry trends and Farmers Insurance products
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Must be willing to obtain or possess a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
Bilingual a plus (not required)
