About the Role

Prime Connected is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented professional to help drive growth from the ground up. This is a progressive sales support role designed for someone who thrives on winning, wants to build a career in sales, and values being part of a strong, in-person team.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll work directly with our Outside Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, primarily within the healthcare OEM space, while also exploring untapped markets. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, identifying key decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and setting up high-quality meetings that help build our sales pipeline.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position with strong potential for advancement into a full-cycle Outside Sales role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective partners using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and CRM systems
  • Target healthcare OEMs, healthcare facilities, and system integrators, while seeking new market opportunities
  • Proactively engage decision-makers through cold calling, email outreach, and social messaging
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings on behalf of the Outside Sales Manager
  • Track outreach efforts, lead activity, and communication history in the CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to align outreach efforts with strategic growth goals
  • Gain a deep understanding of our services and value proposition to effectively engage prospects
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented sales culture focused on continuous improvement


Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude and excellent communication
  • Resilient and adaptable with the confidence to handle high-volume outreach
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with a desire to grow into an Outside Sales position
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet or exceed activity targets
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating contact with new prospects

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Experience prospecting in healthcare, tech, or B2B environments
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and managing pipeline activities
