Business Development Representative (BDR)

Fireworks AI is building advanced generative AI infrastructure with the fastest and most scalable inference platform. They seek motivated, tech-savvy Business Development Representatives to generate pipeline, engage with AI-focused prospects, and contribute to their fast-paced, innovative sales team.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest and knowledge in AI and machine learning
  • Organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools preferred
  • Ability to manage outbound and inbound sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Strategically prospect into key accounts using email, calling, and LinkedIn to communicate Fireworks AI's value proposition
  • Meet new business opportunity and pipeline generation targets consistently
  • Craft personalized outreach by researching and prioritizing key accounts and prospects
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads, ensuring smooth handoff to Account Executives
  • Act as brand ambassador educating prospects on Fireworks AI solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on feedback
  • Stay updated on AI/ML trends to conduct relevant technical and business conversations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
