Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of care and clinical team members including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Dietitians, and Care Coordinators.
- Develop and implement top of funnel recruiting strategies to maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to align recruiting efforts with business priorities.
- Continuously improve recruiting systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system metrics and reporting.
- Stay updated on various state licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Engage and educate candidates about FORM Health and its benefits.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
