Commercial Account Executive

Fountain is a leading enterprise solution for frontline workforce management, helping companies scale and manage frontline talent globally. The company seeks a Commercial Account Executive to sell their automated platform solutions to large employers across key industries, focusing on complex enterprise sales.

Skills

  • Strong software sales experience with a focus on business solutions to senior executives.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of technology solutions in recruiting, HR, and hourly workforce markets.
  • Familiarity with startup environments and selling innovative, creative products.
  • Ability to travel frequently for events and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a sustainable sales pipeline in partnership with marketing and sales development teams.
  • Promote Fountain’s vision, products, and value proposition with a value-first sales approach.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across HR, recruiting, business operations, and IT.
  • Close new accounts generating 5-6 figure annual recurring revenue.
  • Set up customers for long-term success through honest and integrity-driven sales.
  • Track customer information and sales progress using Salesforce and Fountain tools.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability and support a team-selling approach.
