The Role

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making processes efficient and effective? Do you enjoy working with data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence? As a future Operations Intern, you'll have the chance to collaborate with our operations team, learn about our key processes, and contribute to projects that optimize our efficiency and impact our business.


Please note that this is a prospecting posting to identify potential candidates for future internship opportunities. There are no immediate openings at this time.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing current operational processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and documentation of new and improved processes and workflows.
  • Work with data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Contribute to projects focused on process optimization, automation, and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations summarizing operational performance.
  • Potentially participate in process mapping and value stream analysis activities.


Who You Are
  • Educated: Working towards a degree or graduating in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study.
  • Professional experience may be used in place of relevant education.  Analytical: You have a strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
  • Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for the little things and are comfortable working with granular details.
  • Organized and Agile: You possess excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You can clearly communicate your findings and recommendations, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient: You are comfortable with data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets and presentation software like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Knowledgeable (Bonus): Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or project management tools is a plus.


Bonus Points
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to project management principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP or other business management systems.


$50,000 - $58,000 a year
