Responsibilities
- Create and manage event assets including email invitations, action plans, transportation, and lodging arrangements.
- Provide communication support by reviewing copy and maintaining event data in Airtable.
- Manage relationships with event vendors to coordinate services including photography, catering, and rentals.
- Offer onsite support for events as needed.
- Develop and coordinate print and digital supplies and gifts with design partners.
- Participate in planning, communication, system support, and event execution to ensure success.
