Skills
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Customer Success Management tools like Gainsight, Catalyst, or ChurnZero is a plus.
- Ability to integrate AI solutions into GTM workflows preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and self-driven work ethic.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategy and operations for scaling Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
- Identify key metrics and data sources to inform and improve organizational performance.
- Optimize post-sales platforms and tooling, incorporating AI and automation.
- Lead Monthly Business Reviews to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop and refine operational processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Create critical leadership reports including churn forecasts and capacity planning.
- Support the Post-Sales Annual Planning Process and resource creation such as playbooks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Sales to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
